What you need:

Before your consultation session, gather as much information about your family as you can: names, birth dates, birth places, any other vital records information, and bring it to the session. We will use that to show you how to extend your family line.

As a minimum, you need an approximate birth date and place for at least one deceased ancestor. For privacy reasons, vital data about living persons is not accessible online. A deceased ancestor will be your doorway into your genealogical research.

Be prepared, also, to create a username and password for your online research. Also, please bring a device on which you can receive a confirmation email for your registration.

To register, start by giving us some contact information. We will need to contact you to give you more specific instructions and to confirm your appointment. All sessions will be at the Family History Center in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located on the southwest corner of Val Vista Dr. and McLellan Rd.
